Yoga for the Upper Body
A gentle yoga practice with Jenny filmed outdoors in Pennsylvania. Good for kayakers, rock climbers, and those with upper body tension in the wrists, shoulders, and upper back.
Rise & Flow Foam Roller
An at-home practice with Kelsie (filmed at home in Georgia) using a foam roller for self-myofascial release to relieve muscle tightness, soreness, inflammation and improve flexibility.
Yin: Relax & Restore
