Course Description
A relaxing, rainy-day yoga practice led by Krystal (joined by her cat Soakie) with a combination of Restorative Yoga and Slow Flow to ground and connect with our roots. Filled with stretches for the neck, arms, back and hips, Krystal utilizes props such as a bolster (subsitute with a pillow or folded blanket) to help you let go further into comfort within each pose. Perfect for those looking to slow down and unwind after a long, busy day.
